I'm a Global People Operations Leader with a decade of experience building and scaling HR functions across the U.S., U.K., and EU. I advise C-suites, lead organizational transformation, and turn business objectives into people strategy that works. For startups navigating hypergrowth and enterprises managing complex, multi-site workforces alike.

What sets me apart is the ability to operate at both ends of the spectrum: architecting enterprise-grade talent systems and building people culture from scratch with equal fluency. 2023 – 2025 Aspire Bakeries · Los Angeles, CA
Manager, HRBP

Embedded as a strategic partner to the full C-Suite and senior leadership across eight functions, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, across the U.S. and Canada, translating enterprise business objectives directly into people strategy at scale. Architected succession planning, talent assessment, and workforce planning frameworks for 450+ employees across 13 facilities, building leadership bench strength across a complex, multi-site organization. Redesigned performance management and L&D programs to close capability gaps and raise engagement, while a ground-up onboarding overhaul meaningfully accelerated time-to-productivity and early retention.

2022 – 2023 Ghosts Inc. · Los Angeles & London, UK
Manager, People Operations & Community

Joined at Series A as the global People leader and guided the organization through its most consequential chapter, scaling the People function across the U.S. and U.K. before navigating the company through full acquisition. Designed and executed people strategies, cultural frameworks, and operational infrastructure for 200+ employees across three geographies simultaneously, ensuring continuity of culture through significant organizational change. Directed full-cycle talent acquisition from entry-level to C-suite while serving as a direct partner to executive leadership and investors on organizational design, workforce planning, and human capital strategy.

2019 – 2022 BioLabs · Los Angeles, Boston & New York
People & Operations Manager

Oversaw the full People and Operations function for LA's first life sciences co-working hub, a distinctive environment requiring both traditional HR leadership and the operational agility of a hospitality and community-driven business. Delivered HR compliance, benefits strategy, and organizational design not only for internal staff but for the ecosystem of biotech member companies operating within the space. Produced community engagement programming and philanthropic partnerships with City of Hope and The Lundquist Institute, directly contributing to a 25% membership growth and a strengthened regional life sciences ecosystem.

2015 – 2019 DoorDash · New York, NY
Manager, Strategy & People Operations

Joined DoorDash as its first-ever HR employee and built the entire People Operations function from a blank page, establishing the systems, processes, and organizational infrastructure that would underpin the company's growth. Designed and implemented the company's first HRIS, built scalable talent acquisition workflows for both gig and corporate workforces, and stood up dedicated departments across Benefits, L&D, DEIB, and HR compliance. Navigated the complexity of rapid multi-state expansion by overhauling contractor sign-up and compliance strategy, and served as a people strategy partner for the launch of new business verticals including grocery, catering, and Hotspots.
